The improvements in my communications with my family and friends has been wonderful. I can REALLY listen to people without interrupting them AND have them really listen to what I say. Before Scientology I was pretty much unwilling to talk to my parents except when I had to because the conversations went on and on and weren't interesting to me. Now I can listen to them and then have them listen to me too. Also, I used to be really nervous doing public speaking and would forget what I wanted to say or be unwilling to talk at all. Now I am at ease in front of all sizes of groups and enjoy sharing my ideas with them. My co-workers always call on me to speak for them because they know they can count on me to deliver our message clearly and naturally.
