If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding others and myself much better. I finally found out where aberration comes from and what causes it. This book is written in a simple way so that we can understand the mind. This book impressed me so much that I read it four times!
