In 1988 I was very disenchanted with my veterinary practice and was unhappy with my life in general. I had a new car, a very nice house on a lake, a new veterinary practice that was going fine. Everybody considered that I had it all, but I would daily stand in the shower and think, "There must be more to life than this."

     I got a personality test in the mail and I got a call for the evaluation. The evaluation was uncanny in describing exactly what I was feeling. One area which was particularly bothering me was handling my growth in business. I decided to study L. Ron Hubbard's administrative technology.

     I went to Glendale for one week to learn some basic business administration. When I got there, the first thing I had to learn was how to study with L. Ron Hubbard's Study Technology. Well, I was a doctor and I knew how to study! Little did I know! I learned about three barriers to study and how a single misunderstood word could halt ones' understanding with a physical manifestation of getting tired and sleepy.

     When I applied this knowledge to study, I was able to study from 9am until 10pm at night only breaking for meals and NEVER GOT TIRED! In fact I would be disappointed when 10pm came because I was so enjoying the subject! I applied the principles I learned to a brand new business I started and it immediately boomed. Ten years later I have one of the biggest emerging, critical care and referral practices in the country and the biggest in Indiana. We have seven veterinarian and twenty-five para-professional staff and continue to grow! Much of the practice growth comes from the Administrative Technology, but there was another factor and that was my growth from Scientology.

     In 1988 I received Scientology Processing called auditing which allowed me to discharge and eliminate things that caused me to stop myself from being successful.

     Every time I got auditing, my business statistics would go up--sometimes double or triple. It seemed unreal yet the statistics were there. It couldn't be denied. One by one various things about my life that I was upset about were handled, life became enjoyable and life again was a game to play.

     I then became trained to deliver Dianetics auditing and did so with success. I understand why people withhold themselves and get themselves into troubles and problems. I know how to help people and how they can help themselves. This certainty gives me a fantastic stability. My life has been benefited immensely with Scientology and I would recommend anyone too use Scientology to help themselves!

     Scientology is not something you have to believe in, it is an applied philosophy, something you do to benefit your own life in your own estimation. You are the judge. Take a life improvement course or get some introductory auditing or read a book and judge for yourself. I did, and I'm glad I did.
