If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This was one of the first books I read when I came into Scientology. It gave me a new look and viewpoint on life. It also gave me a more holistic view on life rather than the compartmentalized and restrictive view on life.
It gives wonderful guide lines on communication, and all the different areas of your life to which you should be contributing. Otherwise life becomes unbalanced and so diminishes until all that is important is you and your body and life becomes very boring.
It was like having a new lease on life.
