When I was younger I was very shy and lacked self confidence. Through Scientology I am much more understanding of others. I communicate more and have the confidence to expand and do new things. I have started writing and am hoping to get a book published soon. I realized that we are not just a lump of meat and in fact the spirit is the boss. From that vantage point I have gained more understanding of myself and others.
