I began reading Scientology and Dianetics books about 20 years ago to learn more about myself. I had read a lot of 'pop psychology' prior to that, but I felt that there must be much more useful information to be had somewhere. I was very impressed with the depth of understanding of people and life that I got from reading L. Ron Hubbard's books. As it turned out, I found out not only about myself, but about others, and that information has proved so very valuable to me both in the business world and in my personal relationships. I was very impressed with the sensible , logical, no-nonsense answers to questions that I had, and even many answers to questions that I didn't yet know that I had. To borrow a phrase I heard once on a commercial for the Dianetics book: "What I didn't know about the human mind would fill a book."
