If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with looking and understanding myself better and why things happen. And also how to change myself for the better. Which also of course affects everything else around - positively.
