If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with I had started a new job and like everyone, I wanted to do well. I run a large steel press and some days the machine worked well and I was very productive, and other days I just wanted to pull out my hair, and thought they would let me go because of low production. While reading The Problem's of Work I came across a datum that I used to make everyday productive. I picked one thing that must always be true for the machine to work properly to produce quality parts. This became my "stable datum" that L. Ron Hubbard explained about in the chapter "Handling the Confusion of the Work-a-day world". Everyday is productive now, and no confusion makes me happy. And yes, there are tons of other useful data in this book. READ IT!!
