I grew up in a Scientology family and I have been exposed to it all of my life. I have taken many of the basic life improvement courses offered by the Church of Scientology, including Personal Values and Integrity, Overcoming Ups and Downs in Life and How to Get Along With Others Courses. These courses have given me valuable data about life that can now be found collectively on the Personal Efficiency Course.

     Also delivered by the Church of Scientology, I have done the Purification Rundown*, which really made me feel great by helping me with an asthma condition I had had all my life.

     The most helpful course I feel I've taken is the Student Hat. This course teaches one how to be a student and how to actually learn, not through memorization or other methods, but actually knowing and being able to apply all the data.

* Purification Rundown: the purpose of this program is very simply to clean out and purify one's system of all the accumulated impurities such as drugs, insecticides and pesticides, food preservatives, etc., which by their presence could prevent or delay freeing the person spiritually through further Scientology processing.
