I had important gains from the first Scientology course - in communication - that I took. In the first place, this course helped me to get the ability to talk to others face-to-face with a remarkable improvement in my relaxation. This, amongst a lot of other things, allows me to "think on my feet" in my business dealings and other important situations.

      Secondly, it's taught me to listen to the satisfaction of the other person. If you're in business and you don't really listen to your client's wishes, they will surely (very quietly) go elsewhere.

      In time I came to realize that big subjects, such as money, marriage and happiness were secondary in importance to communication, in that knowing how to effectively talk guarantees success in these things. My improved communication skills have certainly helped me gain more control over my life and future.
