If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Science of Survival.
This book really helped me with dealing with people who are not so positive in life, people who likes to outsize others and get a kick out of making others inferior. This book assists with how to handle these types of people and makes you understand them better.
