One of the things that has been truly helpful to me in Scientology courses is the way that you are taught to confront. I like to act and sing, but I was always too nervous to communicate loud enough for me to get a part in a play, or I didn't have the eye contact skill. I then did the TR's and Objectives course (a course on communication) and then I learned to confront. Since then I has been so much more able to talk to people openly and I am not shy anymore. I am currently Juliet in the production of Romeo and Juliet which my class is doing. Also, the other thing which has been very helpful is the ability that I acquired to make decisions and keep them. That is so helpful. I have been a Scientologist since birth, and I grew up with Scientologists. I am so glad that I did because it has been so great that I can just learn something, then apply it!
