If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with learning how to organize the normal chaos that comes with most jobs; how to get along better with others; and how to handle exhaustion. Our lives are much more stable now and we are able to create time for volunteer work and fun!
