If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with changing conditions in life, recognizing why people act the way they do, how to make things go right. Also the ability to get into communication with others and the environment.
