If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
When I did (not just read!) this book I found an immediate change in how I felt about life. It was light a light switched on and a previous dark landscape lit up.
