If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Handbook for Preclears.
This book really helped me with a very emotional time in my life. I was going through a divorce and the information and exercises in this book got me through that emotionally and I was able to break free from a bad scene. To find out what a preclear is, read the book!! I also recommend that you read A New Slant on Life and Science of Survival.
