I got into Scientology in a Church of Scientology mission in Teaneck, New Jersey. The first course I did there was Overcoming Ups and Downs in Life. This got my life going in a stable upward track. I learned from that course what was causing me to flinch and not confront certain difficulties I was having in life.

     I also did the Personal Values and Integrity course and the Dianetics Auditor Course. These gave me much needed stability in my life and improved my sense of self-worth. By learning how to be a Dianetics counselor I was able to help others improve their lives as well.

     I recommend these courses for anyone reaching for true knowledge and stability in life.
