If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with confronting and handling the problems which arise when you are doing an activity with others such as work or family. And since everyone has or has had this kind of problems it could be prevented by reading this book, and it is even very easy to read and understand.
