If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read An Introduction to Scientology Ethics, Have You Lived Before This Life? and Scientology 8-8008..
This book really helped me with saving my Life!! I mean really! I was “drowning” in a sea of uncertainty and insanity! My life was a roller-coaster and never knew when I woke up in the morning if I was going up or down! Life wasn’t fun. This was the road map out of the mess. If it wasn’t for these tools in this book, I am afraid to think where I might be instead. It helped get me out the messes of life and then gave me a plan to achieve my goals.
Hve you lived before this Life? finally gave me what I was looking for both spiritually AND scientifically. Here is a book of actual case studies that investigates the phenomenon of “past lives.” I already knew I had lived before, but this was a fascinating walk into the work of a “spiritual researcher” and into the amazing lives of other people and their pasts. You see what thing they did long ago is still effecting them now and what they finally do to handle these ancient problems. It helps you start to answer some questions like, “Who were the Egyptians?”
Scientology 8-8008 is a great book but it is NOT light reading. It gives you actual spiritual truths that will turn you on your ear and get you to rethink a lot of “accepted ideas.” There is a chapter on the “infinite mind” which reconfirmed what I knew was true for me for many years. If you are ready to sink your teeth into some serious study then by all means read this. It helped take my spiritual perceptions and make them a spiritual reality! Don’t be surprised if your perceptions change just from reading this book!
