I was very excited about studying Scientology. The very first day I studied I was surprised I couldn't define many of the words. I thought I understood them but when I was asked to define them I couldn't. I used a dictionary to clear them up. I found that my communication ability soon increased.

     After I finished my Ups and Downs In Life course I soon found that I could do and say things that I wanted to. I feel very thankful to Scientology.
