In using Dianetics, during an auditing (Scientology counseling) session, I was working on my asthma problems which seemed to be returning after years of not being there. We got earlier then my first asthma attack and I discovered many earlier incidents where I could not breath. The singular thing that most blew my mind was when I realized it was not me saying "I can't breath, there is a weight on my chest," it was my mother. She was saying that, not me. It was she who could not breath and felt she had a weight on her chest. I heard her say it and made it my reality. The minute I looked and saw that, I was free and I could breath better than I ever had!
