ello, my name is Lisa Bell, and here is a little bit about myself:
In University I had studied psychology and was planning to get a Masters degree in the subject. I thought that this subject which was supposed to be about the human mind - would answer questions about myself and others. Instead, I leaned about plugging electrodes in rats brains, assisting in experiments, which cost thousands of taxpayer dollars so one professor "x" could contest some minor points in professor "y"'s latest paper. An expensive intellectual game.
I left and explored yoga and Eastern Philosophers, thinking they must have answers to life and the mind. This was very deep and interesting and one could achieve a blissed state equanimity about everything on an individual basis. But it didn't change any single thing on the broader scheme of things and where this world is sitting.
Then one day, I was at a friend's house and he opened up a book called "Evolution of a Science" by L. Ron Hubbard. Just reading the first pages had a big effect on me. It was is if for the first time in my life I was reading something that made sense. It actually explained the workings of the mind - the question I had been trying to get an answer to for over 20 years.
I now have everything I could personally want out of life - a good husband, loving children, a successful business, etc.
I am actively helping to improve conditions in the world with various community projects. I wish to share what I have gained with anyone. I am here to help others and answer any questions I
can.
