The first thing I did in Scientology was a basic communication course. I later did a more advanced one which gets you into communication both with other people and with the environment around you. I now have a lot more confidence in myself and am far more aware of myself and my surroundings in a way that I could not have imagined before. The more I do in Scientology, the better it gets!
