If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding myself and others, why people do some very crazy and illogical things and what you can do about it that will help that individual. It also gave me the ability help others. It has helped me personally, has helped my wife and my two sons, as well as other family members.
