I have been an active Scientologists for 30 years. I have achieved the state of "Clear" - i.e., freed from my own reactive mind* -- and have trained as an auditor* and helped others to free themselves from their reactive minds, which is very rewarding! Before Scientology, I was never really able to establish a really good relationship with someone. There always was an imbalance - either I would care too much for him (whoever "he" was) and he would lose interest; or vice versa. This pattern repeated itself many times. But after Scientology training and auditing, I met and married my husband Rosser Cole, and we have been happily married for 29 years! The knowledge gained from Scientology has helped us to raise three terrific children.

     Currently I am the Executive Director of Criminon West U.S., a non-profit criminal rehabilitation organization dedicated to helping prison inmates and juvenile delinquents become productive and honest members of society. Utilizing the booklet The Way to Happiness by L. Ron Hubbard, each inmate studies a 21-precept moral code and then applies each precept to real life situations. This enables the inmate to realize why his past conduct led to harm and why moral conduct will lead him to success and happiness in the future. It allows him to slough off criminal mentality on his own, which is why the course is so effective - the offender adopts the code as his own. This work is VERY satisfying, as it leads to success stories such as this one: "The Way to Happiness Course was very beneficial to me since I get out real soon, after being incarcerated for 11 years. If I use what I've learned from this course, I shall never return to a life of crime and finally be able to start a family and raise my kids right.
