If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Fundamentals of Thought and Science of Survival both written by L.R on Hubbard.
The book Fundamentals of Thought will give you the information needed to understand how the body, mind and spirit work together. Not only that but it will tell you who is the boss of the three. As a bonus near the end of the book there are a few technical drills that can be done to give you some greater understanding of why so many people are in Scientology today.
