ello, my name is Maria Veca, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I am a licensed Cosmetologist and a Board Certified Electrologist. I’ve been a Scientologist since 1973. It’s been an adventurous and rewarding 25 years in Scientology.

     In ’73 my sister introduced me to Scientology. By then, I was extremely sad and shy. I had 2 failed marriages and 6 failed pregnancies. In essence, I was in my late 20’s with very little to look forward to. In life, at such a young age I already felt I’d tried and failed so I was becoming more cold and withdrawn.

     In ’73, at a Scientology Church, I did a Free Personality Profile and learned of 3 very low points in my life. The 3 points were sad, out of communication and critical. I wanted to improve myself so I signed up for the Communication Course. This was a major turning point in my life.

     Things do not stay the same in life you included. Things either better or they worsen. When I did the Communication Course, although I wasn’t aware of it at the time, was when I was changing and improving the course of my life. A couple of years later, I met my third husband and we’ve been together for 23 years. We have a 22-year-old son who works with a famous Chief. Our 20-year-old daughter is an actor who recently had a film released. My husband is a successful sub-contractor known by many Architects, Interior Designers and Construction Managers. I have my own successful practice as an Electrologist. I love meeting people and communicating with them for the better. They trust my integrity and I deliver excellent services of which I can take pride in.

     And this doesn’t mean I don’t have any problems or that life is perfect; it’s not. The difference is that without Scientology, life was hit or miss and uncertain. With Scientology, I am more able. I am in control of my life. I can handle the problems and barriers that pop up in life.
