If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
This book really helped me with finding out more about what makes people (including me) do the things they do. Using the information in Self Analysis helped me become happier and more easy-going.
