If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read The Way to Happiness.
This book really helped me because it lays out a simple and plain moral code that anyone can live by that will actually result in happiness for themselves and anyone else choosing to live by it precepts.
