If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Self Analysis.
This book really helped me with making my relationships with people better. It gave me new insight on myself and into others as well. It also pointed out for me that people do not have to put so much attention and meaning on words, but rather should put attention on the actions of themselves and others.
