If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding the true nature of the mind, its parts and how it all works. I now understand how the mind affects and controls one's life and quality of life.
