If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me with the realization that I am a spiritual being, not a body and as such I cannot die. I also realized that something has gone wrong for me to be in a meat body and I wasn't happy with life.
