This book really helped me with understanding why my own behavior and feelings would suddenly become irrational and uncontrollable. Although this book was the basic root work that led L. Ron Hubbard into further reseach into the basic nature of man, it is complete enough to make one realize that mental health and sanity can be reached without the need of mind altering drugs and psychological mumbo-jumbo.
