Fully listing out the successes I have had through studying and applying Scientology technology would take a 1,000 page book—and would take an hour to download and forever to read.

     Instead of that, I think it might be most useful for me to present a few highlights that give you a sense of what Scientology has meant to me in several areas of my life.

     EDUCATION:

     There is a study technology in Scientology which is the single most amazing data in the field of study that I have ever encountered. L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology, discovered that there are three barriers to study, and he outlined techniques which can be effectively used to overcome all three of these barriers.

     By using this technology, anyone can study anything and gain 100% comprehension of what he has read. I was a bit skeptical at first, so I tried it out. After I completed a course in this study technology, I bought a book in the field of economics—which has always been a difficult area for me—and started studying it. This was something I had never done before, and I had a strong sense that I was entering an alien, and even hostile, environment in this book.

     After about a week of applying the study technology to this book—completely on my own—I completed the last page, and I had full comprehension of what I read. There were no confusions left on it, no gray areas, no mysteries. I have no doubt that I was able to do this only because I had been properly armed as a student with this technology.

     If you have to study any written materials, and if you’re alive on this planet you do, it’s very important that you know this study technology. You can decide when you need to apply it, but it’s something that any student must know.

     PEACE OF MIND:

     Prior to finding Scientology, I did not particularly understand the functioning of the human mind. It’s scary to be in a position of not knowing how the mind works.

     If you don’t know how it works, how are you going to fix it if it breaks?

     I had heard of people having a “nervous breakdown” or “snapping,” and there was an atmosphere of fear and mystery surrounding such things. The term “insanity” is really totally useless, as it doesn’t open the door to any resolution. It tells one absolutely nothing about what is going on.

     In Scientology, the exact mechanisms of the mind are described in great detail. And each of these mechanisms can be proven to exist through rigorous examination and testing. They do exist, exactly as outlined in the materials of Scientology.

     Because this information is so accurate, and so precise, there is no longer any mystery for me on the subject of the mind. When someone “snaps” I know exactly what’s happening, and I know what needs to be done to fix them. And I don’t mean in the terms of the archaic techniques of torture and death known as “psychiatry.” I mean simply by finding the actual cause—which is usually something surprisingly simple—and resolving it.

     The technology of Scientology makes this possible, and as more people discover this, the term “insanity” will be replaced by more precise descriptions which contain within them their obvious solutions.

     CRIMINAL REFORM:

     I have never been in a prison, and have never been charged with a crime, and yet the problem of the prison system affects me greatly.

     We all know that the prison system does not work. Persons who are convicted go to prison, and when they come out, rather than being reformed, they are usually just better at being criminals.

     This is because the criminal system treats prisoners within the psychiatric view of man as an animal. The problem is that if prisoners are treated as animals, they become better at being animals.

     Mr. Hubbard’s findings about the mind apply directly to the area of criminal reform, and his technology has been applied in prisons around the world with great success. In one prison in Tijuana, the worst of the hardened criminals gained a genuine understanding that respect for others, honesty, trustworthiness and other important qualities were vital to their achieving any happiness for themselves. The change in these inmates was nothing short of miraculous, and this change spread from them throughout the entire prison where they were located.

     The criminal reform techniques work. And because of this, there is hope for the prison system. Our metropolitan areas do not have to become war zones, and it is through the application of Mr. Hubbard’s findings in this area that the area of crime is now being resolved.

     PERSONAL HAPPINESS:

     Prior to studying Scientology, I had a lot of questions about life, the world around me, other people, and other subjects of cosmic significance. I had studied many philosophies, and got partial answers to some of the questions, but none provided a full understanding of every question I had until I began studying Scientology.

     I don’t know how to best communicate what this has meant to me. I have total certainty of where I am and where I am going. I know that I am fully in control of my destiny—and I know what destiny I want for myself, my family, my fellow man and the entire world.

     I know that, through Scientology, millions of people around the world are creating a new civilization—a world without insanity, without criminality, and without war. I know that it is possible and that it is happening right now, as you read this.

     This certainty can be yours also, if you take the time to check out the workability of Scientology, and to find out what is being done and what has already been accomplished in all corners of the world.

     There is much more I can say. But I hope this brief summary helps to give you the beginnings of an understanding of the power of Scientology’s technology, and that it helps to persuade you to check it out further.
