If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with life because it was interesting to see it from a scientific viewpoint and it was still easy to understand. It was a real way to show you that you could learn about your mind.
