The courses I have done in Scientology have given me more certainty in my own abilities to handle life. Before doing these courses, whenever I encountered an opposition, whether it was my mother, a co-worker, or a boyfriend, I would always give in to their ideas without really even voicing mine. I never had an argument because I couldn't hold my own position. I would just keep my anger inside and cry about it later. I am now able to confront any situation, hold my position and communicate my ideas. I can get my intentions across to others and get them to follow through.

     The beauty of Scientology is that it helps on all levels of one's life. My personal life, my marriage, my children, my job and the groups to which I belong have all benefited from my gains in Scientology.
