If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding why I was running into problems in life and the sole source of those problems. Since reading this book my life has changed in ways I never thought posible. I highly recommend it!
