If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with some problems I had at work. The 90s term "Multi Tasking" seems to equal a "crazy, stressful" environment. I always had a hard time dealing with the "Insanity" of it all. I found that applying the basics of this book allowed me to do a number of tasks without getting stressed out or leaving work tired.
