ello, my name is Nelsen Adelard, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I've been a Scientologist for over 18 years. I first got into Scientology when I took a communications course with a couple of friends. I thought it was a unique idea that someone could actually increase their ability to communicate by doing a course.

          It was the accepted idea that some people are good communicators, and some aren't. I soon found out that everyone that did this course got better at communicating. It became easier to talk to and handle my children, and I even started to get along better with my in-laws!

          I also took some counseling. Its called "Auditing." A trained counselor asks a series of questions, and just listens.

         This allowed me to take a look a some things that were bothering me and get them sorted out. What a relief! I felt like I had lost pounds after my first session !
