ello, my name is Normann Nielsen, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I a 56 years old and have two grown-up sons. I am an engineer specialized in freeze-drying technology. I'm currently working as a consultant for one of the worlds leading manufacturers of freeze-drying equipment. I mostly travel all over the world to supervise installation and start-up of big industrial plants. I speak English, Danish, Spanish and Portuguese.
