If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health
This book really helped me with Dianetics helped me to fully understand what are the causes of irrational behaviors of people and what you can do to them in yourself and others. This is my favorite book and it was the book that started my adventure over ten years ago.
