If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me and gave me the idea of getting rid of my reactive mind and going "Clear". I'd like to do it. I'm on my way now.
