Scientology has helped me to stop being a "victim" of my environment and some people around me who did not have my well being in mind. As I began to take more responsibility for my actions from studying ethics materials by L. Ron Hubbard, the increased honesty and control in my life gave me a lot of relief from past upsets. Now I focus my attention on right now and happily plan for the future. I know that with the tools I learned from the writings of L.
