If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics 55!
This book really helped me with Communication. There is an actual formula for communication and it's important to have an understanding of how to communicate now and feel confortable to talk to anyone.
