If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.
This book really helped me with a better understanding of life. It really got me thinking about very basic truths that had never occurred to me before but are so fundamental to life.
