If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Scientology: A New Slant on Life.
This book really helped me with understanding myself, who I am, what I am, etc. I was able to deal with other people more easily. My life was refreshed after reading this book.
