This book really helped me with getting in the basics of the problems of work. It might seem stupid to say that a person doesn't already knows the basic of work but it isn't. The book is composed of a step to step order that gives a person the tools to get out from confusion, understand what confusion is and land in control with himself and with the work. It's also a perfect book if you are a foreman or have some responsible position. You may or you may not have a job. This book is the first step to put order in your life whatever you make.
