If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding exactly how the mind works and therefore understanding the trap we're in and it gave me hope for relief from it all.
