In a quest to become more efficient at home and office, I read Mr. Hubbard's book, The Problems of Work. In this book I learned about why I would always get stressed out and tired while doing work. Effective solutions were offered to remedy these barriers to success. I just plugged them into my routine and presto, the stress and tiredness just vanished! I no longer needed so much off time to re-charge. I must confess, though, I get much more done in less time now that I know the real cause of stress and tiredness. I can decide to take off when I want and not to take off because I need to do it for my sanity or survival.
