If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Problems of Work.
This book really helped me with my work. It contains simple data that can immediately be applied. I enjoy working and don't feel it is something I "have" to do. Life is much more fun when you enjoy what you do for a living.
